One in Every 10 is a nonprofit organization based in Phoenix, Arizona. You can reach us at hello@oneinevery10.org.

• Period kit requests: phone number, ZIP code, city and state, and optionally your name, email address, and notes.
• Health assessments: first name, email address, city and state, your answers, and the generated results.
• Research survey: age range, race or ethnicity, ZIP code, and your answers. We do not ask for your name or contact information.
• Contact, consultation, partnership, volunteer, event registration, newsletter and resource download forms: the name, email address, phone number, and other details you enter on those forms.

We use the information you give us to respond to you, provide the service you asked for, send confirmations and reminders, operate our programs, and report on our work in aggregate. Research survey responses are used in de-identified, aggregate form for research, advocacy, and program planning, and may be published in summary form.

One in Every 10 is not a healthcare provider and is not a HIPAA covered entity. The health information you share with us through assessments or forms is not protected health information under HIPAA. Our assessments are educational tools and are not medical diagnosis or medical advice.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that operate this site and our communications: Supabase (database and authentication hosting), Resend (email delivery), Vonage (text messages), Stripe (donation and event payment processing), and Google Maps Platform (address geocoding and distance calculations for the resource locator). We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep form submissions and program records for as long as needed to run our programs and meet our reporting and recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Email hello@oneinevery10.org to request a copy of your information, correct it, or have it deleted. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, and you can stop text messages by replying STOP.

Our forms and surveys are intended for people 18 and older. Youth programming is delivered in person with parental consent.
