The class will now be presented as part of our new monthly community series, IN THE LOOP: A Community Stitch + Wellness Meetup.
All existing registrations will be honored for the new date. Registered attendees do not need to register again.

Sometimes taking care of yourself can look like slowing down, working with your hands, learning something new, and having a good conversation.
IN THE LOOP is One in Every 10's free monthly community stitch + wellness meetup. Join us on the first Saturday of every month at The Arc to crochet, knit, connect with community, unwind, and talk about health and wellness in a relaxed environment.
Each month will feature a different wellness conversation while giving attendees space to work on a project, learn crochet or knitting, meet new people, and decompress.
No supplies? No problem.
Beginners are welcome. Don't have yarn, hooks, needles, or supplies? One in Every 10 will have materials available for you to use. Already working on something? Bring your project.

Join One in Every 10 on Saturday, October 10 to distribute menstrual kits in downtown Phoenix. Meet at The Arc at 9:00 AM. Our goal is to impact and support 75+ women.

If you have ever wanted to learn more about herbs but did not know where to start, this class is for you. Join One in Every 10 for Essential Herbs for Womb Wellness: PCOS & Fibroids Edition, a free, hands-on workshop created to make herbal wellness practical, approachable, and fun. We are going to get into the herbs, talk about what they are traditionally used for, taste them, blend them, and actually make herbal remedies together.

Join One in Every 10 to pack free period kits for women and girls across Maricopa and Pima County. Hosted at our venue partner Archwood Exchange. This is a recurring packing event. The next gathering is Saturday, November 28, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. The first packing day was August 27, 2026.
Next gathering: Saturday, November 28, 2026, 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Then the last Thursday of each month, 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
